Oral, Written, & Digital Communication

Conveys meaning and responds to needs of diverse audiences through writing and speaking coherently and effectively, and develops the expression of ideas through written, oral and digital mediums.

A select list of activities (with descriptions) in the CCR that are associated with the Oral, Written, and Digital Communication Skills competency:

  • Community Connection & Retention Volunteer (Marshall College)
    • Worked with Orientation and Student Affairs stakeholders and student leaders to create, implement, and assess programs that created community by assisting at events, assisting in event planning, and following work direction of staff and the paid facilitator role.
  • Vice-President, Sports Club - Gymnastics (Recreation)
    • Worked with other Gymnastics leadership to provide support for team operations, including but not limited to organizing events, coordinating travel, marketing, ordering apparel, and acting as president in their absence.
  • Project/Team Leader (Green New Deal at UCSD, Student Organization)
    • Advanced goals of organization campaigns through active engagement in meetings and activities and facilitated communication amongst the various teams/projects.
